  1.故障现象：某电厂125 mw机组自投产以来，给水泵偶尔会发生一合闸即跳闸的问题，并无任何信号继电器掉牌。在排除了开关机构故障后，按常规方法检查电缆、二次回路接线和各继电器及其定值都正常，再次启动又往往成功。后怀疑是dcs系统软故障造成的，但改在控制盘上操作，仍会出现此现象。 2.试验查找原因：为查清此现象的原因，观察开关合闸过程中各表计的变化情况，以确认是何原因使水泵跳闸。试验其中电压表监视微机跳闸回路，毫安表监视差动继电器1cj、2cj动作情况，电流表监视热工保护回路。接好表计后，启动给水泵，经过一段时间的试验，终于有一次一启动就水泵跳闸，同时观察到毫安表的指针偏转了一下，其它监视表计没有反应，新换上的xjl-0025/31型集成块式信号继电器1xj亦动作掉牌，表明是由差动保护动作导致水泵跳闸。 3.根源分析：差动保护动作，首先怀疑被保护设备内部有故障。通过常规检查，给水泵电机及其电缆正常，差动继电器校验正常，电流互感器极性连接正确。在排除设备故障和接线错误的原因后，差动保护在电机启动过程中动作，表明在这过程中差动回路的差电流超过差动继电器整定值。正常情况下引起差动回路差电流的原因主要有两点。一是电机首尾两侧的电流互感器变比误差不同，存在一个很小的差电流，这个差电流小于电机额定电流id的5%。二是首尾两侧电流互感器二次负荷的差别也会引起其变比的差别，从而存在一个差电流。在给水泵电机差动保护回路中的电流互感器负荷差别只是二次电缆长度的不同，大约相差50m，并且在额定电流下，差动继电器的功率消耗不大于3va，二次负载并不重。检查发现给水泵电机差动保护用的首尾侧电流互感器型号均为lmzbj-10，b级15倍额定电流，变比600/5，容量40va，完全能满足二次负载的要求。
